If you book online we will get in touch with you. We will send you the information and the details about the pre-payment that needs to be done. This is 30% off the total price of the booking.

You can cancel the booking 30 days before arrival with no extra fees. If you cancel within the 30 days the pre-payment cannot be given back to you.

There is a free parking spot available  for every apartment under the building.  There are also spots available at the lake or in front of the building.

You can find the appartement in the small village Acquaseria. This village has 2 restaraurants, a bar, small supermarket, and a store voor veggies and fruits. You can also enjoy breakfest there. There is also a small beach where you can really enjow the lake, it's only 1 minute away from the appartment.

From the village it's only 5 km away from Menaggio where you can also take the ferry to Bellagio and Varenna. 

The price per night does not include linen and final cleaning. The cleaning costs EUR 100,- per stay and the towels and bedsheets EUR 25,- per person.

You can easily see when the appartment is free and book online. If, for any reason, it doesn't work please contact us and we will help you. The booking will be confirmed after we receive a pre-payment of 30% ot the total price.
